Google "PvPaissa" and join their discord and check out their guides. They also have job specific help channels.

That said, be warned you may see salt about yourself if someone in the same match decides to complain.

Always try things out in the Wolves Den, before you queue with a new job or if that job had significant enough changes. It is the only place where you can use pvp actions on a dummy.

In terms of most to least casual: Frontlines, Rival Wings, Practice Feast, Ranked Feast

Watch streams, ask players with ranked pvp titles, use Discord, make sure you know how to burst and a lot of common sense.

There are also guide NPCs in the Wolves Den Pier.
The Goblin is especially helpful for Rival Wings details.

i learned pvp by doing it? there's really no penalty for losing (unless you're in ranked feast) so I just say go at er.
