Relic/Anima Feature Request: Eligibility Buff

Hi there!

It's been a hot minute since I've posted here, but I was actually working on my PLD Relic while waiting for patch 5.1 and it got me thinking... in Guild Wars 2, there is a feature (albeit tied to achievements) that shows that you are eligible for such-and-such thing.

One issue I have noticed personally and among a lot of my friends in that time is, for example in the Atma step, even though it is made clear through tutorials that you are eligible to earn items from certain relic/anima steps, I think it would really help reinforce the point if there was a buff (in the "Other" category, not an "Enhancement" or "Enfeeblement") that was only there to say "You are eligible to recieve Atmas" or "You will earn light in this duty".

The buff will not alter the character in any way, it will merely state that, with the gear equipped, you are eligible to earn the item that you are supposedly trying to farm.
