Path of the Storm combo vs Incap

When you execute Path of the Storm from Behind the target, you can inflict heavy on them... and more importantly, combo into Whirlwind...

Executing Path of the Storm from the right has a chance of incapping the right arm on all Applicable MOBs

Would it be so OP if Path of the Storm had a rear incap like crab shell cracking or Incapping the tail of eyes and drakes (Which right now can only be done by Maim)?

Maim is not directional though...
I'd prefer it if Maim was the right limb incap and path of the Storm was the rear
