If I haven't canceled my subscription then why am I getting this message? Is it because I am using a new mouse? My subscription renews monthly. If it is a error on SE's part I hope I'm not being charged twice. Now being in the game the game itself tells me I can't use 3 of my retainers because they are suspended. What kind of bs is this? I did not cancel them.
Usually if you keep the character creation page open too long or the launcher open for too long it'll give you that fake error message. I've gotten it before and it doesn't charge you twice. As for your retainers, I cannot answer that to the extent of it being if you changed your card on file to a different one or etc.
Well it wasn't open that long maybe a minute or less and I restarted the PC and got the same message so I don't get that. Ever since I've been playing this game it has maybe done it one other time or not at all, 5+ years is a long time.
Maybe check the Mogstation just to be sure.
