Small request regarding PLD's block ability.

SE, it's starting to look like you intend for PLD's block strength to permanently cap at 20%. If that's the case, could it ALWAYS just be at 20% instead of us needing to essentially "build it up" to that percentage? The 10% nerf was bad enough, and making us need to work our way up to it was just cold...it's also really annoying seeing my block go down to like 15-18% while I'm level synced even though I'm fully geared.

But ideally, I'd just like the cap to go back up to 30%. Seeing as how block is our main source of mitigation, it makes no sense to me how mitigation-wise, it's just barely beating parry, a skill everybody has access to. With all due respect, aren't we supposed to be the immovable bulwarks?

With the shelltron rework, 30% would be a bit much. It was alway pretty ridiculous that we had an on demand Vengence in the past.

I am however completely in agreement with block strength being fixed at 20% always. I’d also like to see block rate improve with better shields as a compensation to the fixed block strength.

Rather have shield swipe back so that I can ability lock multiple mobs instead of just injecting one.
