If I am running and stop to buff up, I am still considered moving and still have to face target before I can cast. Example: I am running toward a mob, stop and use excruciate, parsimony, sanguine right, dark seal. Even though I am standing there for 3 seconds using those abilities, I am still considered moving the entire time. Is it possible for this to be fixed?

It happens every time we do Aurum Vale. If you click on a buff while moving, it still says you are moving while you're buffing. You can use as many buffs as you want, but it still says you are moving. I have cable internet, I'm a lala on Istory, was in a party, and my name is Circus Midget.

When he uses second wind at 2:03, the blue light is still lit up and he is still considered to be moving. Same thing at 2:08 with featherfoot
