couple questions on stat weights for dancer

Ive looked at Ariyala's site, and I think it doesnt really answer what the stat weights should be. The table of gear seems like it is sorted by ilevel without regard to stat weights. Im at the stage where I have (had) all Facet gear and starting to buy deepshadow stuff, but for much of it I wonder if the gain of a little dex and other stats is worth the loss of important stats. If I click BiS solver I can enter my own weightings but I have no idea what those might be aside from what I have read as crit=DH>det>sks. To really figure it out Id have to know how many crit 1 dex is worth, and like that for the other stats.

Second question: if I was to try to parse the difference between one item and another using a training dummy. Using all the buttons it would lead to variability in the measure if there are distractions or I tire. I was wondering if using just autoattack would be a valid measure of the gear value. The problem is that I dont know if gear has equal affect on autoattack and skill abilities. If they both scale equally with better gear then I can run a parse for 20 minutes and the result will be almost completely non-variable.

But in general: Weapon Damage > Dexterity > Critical > Direct Hit > Determination
Skill speed is something you should try to avoid, but more dex is the priority.
