1. Already an option, can't remember exactly where in options it is though. The final two dungeons of ARR being an exception..

14. Also not sure what you mean with useable items. The 1handed/2handed staves isn't really too relevant to fix because post50 they are only 2 handed
1. As Stepjam said, you can skip most cutscenes in dungeons if you've already run that dungeon/trial before, Castrum Meridanium and the Praetorium being exceptions to this - their cutscenes are unskippable. And that is deliberate, it's because players were kicking/abandoning those duties when they saw a new player to the duty queuing (or at the least forcing them to skip cutscenes with the comment "watch it in the Unending Journey!"). They're not going to change this. It was because of bad player behaviour that it was made this way ("this is why we can't have nice things" basically). If you don't want to deal with CM/Prae's lengthy cutscenes, then don't queue for MSQ Roulette, it's pretty simple.
2. This was a deliberate design change from FFXIV 1.0 (which had visable belt glamour). SE said it restricted equipment design as they had to design gear to go with belts accordingly. It caused too much headaches for them and so they just made belt appearence default in ARR. This is not going to be changed.
3. Again, not happening. Yoshi himself even stated this back during the Beta test, he specifically wants each class/Job to have their own unique look as a way of identifying them easily. And this is especially true with each Job's 'Artifact Armour' (AF) - it takes the general traditional appearence of that Job in past FF games, so no glamouring BLU appearence on a WHM per your example, I'm sorry to say.
4. I believe why this is not possible is for technical reasons: the glamour plates are using a work-around and they want to keep things stable so they restrict the areas you can change them to reduce the risk of glitches/bugs causing problems. They may ease back on the restrictions (like, they already changed it that you can now remove gear added to it, when it was first added to the game any gear you put in the glamour dresser was destroyed and you couldn't get it back), but nothing is confirmed.
5. This was actually available back during the Beta Test, and players actually requested SE remove it because players found the minions interfered with targeting in the heat of battle. So I don't see SE restoring this ability.
6. Not sure what you mean by this.
7. I assume this is because of the amount of data the server is having to handle, and trying to craft when you're in the middle of a transaction is probably too much for it to cope with. So this is for technical reasons.
8. If I remember rightly, items sold by vendors are arranged by price, not althabetical order.
9. I admit crafting doesn't interest me anyway, but what I've done of it seems simple enough. I'm not sure how else it could be made 'fun'.
10. If I remember rightly, again this is for technical reasons, but it's also for simple compassion too. Do we really want half a dozen people on fat chocobos or Regalias crowded around a quest NPC with 'in cutscene' flags over the heads? It would make it downright impossible to find that NPC. No, it's a good thing you have to dismount before speaking to a NPC (and really, it takes barely a second to mount or dismount, which is nothing in the grand scheme of things).
11. This is deliberate - you can't change Jobs/classes in a dungeon to stop players abusing the Duty Finder and roulettes. You can change your gear though while you're in a dungeon (even upgrading your weapon, as long as it's for the same class/Job you're currently set as). They will not change this.
12. Again, it's deliberate, it's to stop players being harrassed in dungeons when things go pear shaped - specifically people sending harrasing messages to each other secretly. Of course it doesn't stop harrasment but it does reduce it and restrict it into the open where it can be more easily dealt with and managed. They will not change this.
13. Are you referring to the big fancy zone change screen where it mentions the region and zone you're entering each time you change a zone? It's a design choice. I guess maybe SE could add a 'hide zone title change screen' in the Config if it's that big an issue, but I doubt they will.
14. You mean seperating stacks of items so they're sold individually? You technically already can, just seperate the items and then sell them on seperate retainers. And as Stepjam said single handed rods and wands for THM/BLM and CNJ/WHM is only a pre level 50 thing anyway (the reason they even exist is because it is a legacy of the old version of FFXIV 1.0, where those mage classes could equip shields along with a single handed wand or rod. ARR is moving away from this legacy though and hence post level 50 WHM and BLM both only use 2 handed staves. I guess altering glamour where a single handed staff can be glamoured to a 2 handed one is more likely, but probably not really possible).
