Please make a daily Rival Wings Roulette!

I've recently just gotten back into Rival Wings, and realized how crazy and fun this mode is. However I've also noticed even compared to Frontlines out of the Garo event the queue's themselves are much tougher to work with.

Revival Wings is a fantastic group that helps get games going, but I really feel that there should be some official support in terms of a Roulette just designed for the maps. Throw in some EXP, Wolf Marks, and the daily tomes and I feel like it'll be a new breath of life into the game.

Hidden Gorge is a lot of fun and it'd be great to play with more people as the mode is much more balanced then Frontlines making team plays way more fun.

Also making a small-scale RW for half the people.
Frontlines only needing 24 people during non-peak hours is why people aren't scared of queuing for it, but RW right now requires 48 people no matter what.

I can def see the small scale fights being even wackier, considering who is going to be driving the mechs. Would probably need to reduce the amount of mammets to cover the lack of players but I can totally see it happening seeing modes in Frontlines work.

Bumping this thread back into the limelight as Onsal Hakair has shown the dev team has no excuse for not making a RW daily challenge if they are totally fine with an Onsal only roulette.

All of the NA and EU datacenters put in our all to get matches of RW going on this Saturday. Between shouting on main cities and wolves' den of multiple worlds, pinging in both the Revival Wings Discord and PVPaissa discord, and posting on both here and reddit.

At the end of the day on Saturday the DC that had the most amount of games was still in single digits. Some didn't even get a single pop, while others (Like Crystal) only had two.

I just want to say thank you to everyone who came in and joined these games on Saturday. Many people were brand new to the mode, and for a majority it was refreshing to have a more fair mass pvp mode be with RW. The two games I had on Crystal were actually timed out, and it was some of the most fun I had with PVP in a long time.

That being said, this just shows how official support for RW can help out our playerbase. Many people run Onsal through Daily Challenge rou for daily xp and marks, so putting in Hidden Gorge (Which only needs 48 players) would absolutely boost the amount of games, and get more people interested in the mode. We have a ton of people wanting to play, but without a proper push from SE we're not getting those results as a constant.

We are not asking for the world, a simple daily challenge roulette for RW would be more then enough to get games active, and would allow us to play the mode that clearly a lot went into.

If we got moogle tome support for the next hunt for tomestones, I would be extremely grateful, but in our current status we need something from SE/Yoshi-P to help us out.

Just so we're clear on this, I'm entirely supportive for a rotation that pops the 2 RW maps and locks out the Frontlines for 24 hours or w.e.

I feel the first part of your argument is a bad example, because we'll be losing that Onsal-only rotation, if not next patch then maybe the one after.

For reference, I didn't play Saturday cos it's Feast season and that took priority and the vast majority of times I've queued on a weekend on Light it hasn't popped, or taken too long to play one game. It's really obvious a lot of time and effort and heart went into those two maps; it's ridiculous they can't put half that effort into getting people to play it, or even allowing people to queue for one of those maps in the first place.

I'm sorry if my wording came off as that. I'm more so frustrated that while we know Frontlines will gradually shift back into it's normal idea, that they can market a roulette with just simply Onsal, but not give RW the time of day. That's really where my frustration is coming out from and I should have worded that better.

I mean Onsal is their new map and their current baby, it's clear they're shifting to catering to 72man maps and that's part of the reason we lost 24man; so I can fully see why it's been marketed like that on release. RWs popped actively the same way when they came out too and then people just decided to not play the mode, idk why because I haven't even played the 2nd map and only had 3 goes at the first one, but I liked what I saw; I just hated Stormblood Frontlines PvP.

They put hidden gorge as the pvp instance. Five tomestones per match, starts the 20th maybe that will help.
