Certain things account-wide?

Hi there! I wanted to suggest some things being account based rather than character based, if possible. I understand a lot of things are due to coding limitations, but my ideas for sharing things are:

Friend's list
Blacklist
Housing (I know this could cause issues with accounts with multiple personal plots grandfathered in, but it would be nice to teleport to the house/apartments of other characters on the same account)
Player Commendations
Beast Tribe Reputation
Mentor Status

Thoughts?

Not sure why they never made housing account wide since only can own one private house and one fc house per account. Be nice if they made achievements account wide to.
