Item idea: Aetheryte Charm

Name is irrelevant, since I know we've already got a few other "Aetheryte ___" items.

Idea: item, probably a Key Item, that allows a player, within a city-state, to open their map and select any aetheryte within that city-state to teleport to.

Obviously one requirement would be having attuned to the entire network. Probably also an MSQ requirement. Leaning towards maybe make it end-of-expansion. Might be a bit excessive. But I should think these two requirements, with their achievement tie-ins, would work for the coding for unlocking, and as a key item, it doesn't really have to take up inventory space or really "exist" at all as anything other than a flag that a character has unlocked the ability.

Reason: I just kinda hate traveling via airship (frequently do if I'm leaving Gold Saucer to Ul'Dah traveling to GC), and there not being a conveniently accessible aetheryte at the landing. Two out of three ARR city-states even require zoning through another loading screen just to get to one. Additionally, zoning in through the field will also often leave you some distance away from a convenient aetheryte.

We're already attuned to the network, and we're already in the city. I just want to be lazy and zone in from anywhere and be able to click where I want to be, without the added step of teleporting to the main aetheryte plaza in the first place.

I thought it was strange that when they added the airship landings as aethernet destinations, they didn't do it by just adding another aethernet shard there (like they later did for Ul'dah's market district). That would have made it a lot easier.
