Approximate state of housing across all worlds

I've started up a project to get a census of available houses across all worlds and data centers to try to give everyone an idea of how things stand. Maybe it will be informative, maybe not, but at least it will be something to look at.

I plan to visit all worlds in the same data center on the same day, and hope to visit all data centers within 2-3 days. I'll add each data center to this post after I visit it. Because my alts on all data centers except Crystal are low level, I won't be listing available houses in Shirogane.

If others would like to contribute numbers for Shirogane, I'll be happy to add them to my list plus get the numbers for Shirogane on Crystal for comparison.

Information for all data centers now added. It might interesting to revisit this all worlds once private purchase in the wards being added in 5.1 have been allowed for a few weeks to see what's available at that time.

The other thread was a series of random contributions made at random times trying to help players find the worlds that have houses following the removal of the private purchase moratorium on the wards added in 4.2 (which was 20 months ago).

This one is intended as a snapshot in time to help clear up assumptions about how house availability stands across all worlds as opposed to being a resource to find houses. Some players think houses are plentiful almost everywhere. Some players think houses are full almost everywhere. Some players think all the JP worlds have plenty of houses. Some think houses should be FC only because some FC have been unable to get houses.

This will help people see more clearly. Wards are effectively full on all NA worlds. One JP data center is full while the other JP data centers have some full worlds and some worlds with plenty of houses (looks like the Goblet hate truly is universal). EU is in a weird state because of the 2 new worlds that are still limited to FC houses only. Ignore those two worlds for a moment and EU is full outside of Louisoix, which likely would also be full if the 2 new worlds hadn't been added.

Go back to the new worlds and we see why the FC only houses will not work with the current number of wards. The total number of houses purchased so far would barely fill a single housing district. The majority of wards on those worlds only have 5-6 houses purchased with many subdivisions still completely empty. Several of the purchased houses are owned by obvious shell FCs being run by a single player, indicating an even lower demand for housing by actual FCs.

It will also give us an opportunity to see how effective the addition of the new wards in 5.1 will be in meeting demand on the worlds that are currently full now that we know which worlds are actually full. Some players are saying 3 wards won't be enough and SE should be adding 6 instead.
