Paid Retainers

I thought the retainers fee was going to be taken out the same time as my sub fee, even though I'm on a 6 month sub, at least that's what I was told when asked. Yes I know the retainers says 2$ / mnth. Well I set up the recurring fee, but the fee for the retainers has obviously NOT been taken out and it's been way over 8 hrs. Is there something else I'm supposed to do? In-game it said something about the contract.

Outside of the prorated fee when I first set it up, mine has always been charged at the same time as my subscription. There's nothing special you should need to do.

You might want to check your account settings on Mogstation to make certain it still shows the retainer subscription active. If you updated your payment method since setting up your retainers, the retainer subscriber may have been cancelled.

The OP mentioned in another thread posted yesterday that they’ve applied two game time cards to their account.

If you want to access your additional retainers again, you need to pay a fee totaling the amount of days remaining on your game time cards. Game time cards automatically disable recurring payments while they are active, and they do NOT cover retainer fees. Those have to be paid separately if you want to continue to use them while the time cards are active.
