Orbonne Monastery bug

Date & Time: 10/4/2019
Frequency: too many times to count honestly
World name: Balmung
Party or solo: Orbonne Monastery
In-game time: 2:19pm (although this is really irrelevant)

Steps:
1. Queue for Orbonne Monastery
2. Load into the raid
3. Someone from Alliance C drops (this is a problem specifically with alliance C)
4. The party clicks to replenish the rank
5. they never get another person even when someone queues to fill that roll
6. someone else has to drop in alliance C to fill that spot
- so lets say a tank left at the begging of the raid. unless someone else drops like a dps or a healer that alliance will never get a tank. there is no way for that party to be filled again
7. cry i guess because you can't clear when people keep leaving and you literally cannot get replacements

Again this is only a problem with alliance C being able to replenish ranks. Alliance a and b do not have this problem.
