This translates to as long as you are not a FC leader, good luck getting anything at all out of this as we all know they will relocate their FC houses so they can inherit the large plot it is standing on seconds later... Could as well not have released new plots if they gonna do it like this. -

More chances to not get a med or big house cause the game will dc you in the queue and make you login too late to get anything but a small house. SE fails yet again to fix the issues and creates more issues.

FC are not the only ones, people can also relocate during this, that’s how my aura got a house in shirogane when they locked it then too. And if I am reading that right, it will be the same here... so for some it may be a good chance to upgrade
