Juedi run animation weirdly slow, is slower than Slepnir who has the same base model

Frequency: Almost all the time when playing as a Viera, run (gallop?) animation speed normal in housing zones.

Steps:
1. Summon the Juedi mount while you are a Viera.
2. Ride it in zones where you don't have mount speed increased. Notice the difference between the animation speed in normal zones and housing zones.
3. Compare it to the Slepnir animation speed, which has the same base model and animation. You'll find Juedi looks weirdly slow compared to Slepnir.

Edit: animation speeds seem to be different based on zones. Slow animation in Ahm Areng and PvP zones (without mount speed increase) , fast animation speed in The Fringes (without mount speed increase)
