Moogle Event and PVP

I am starting to see this alot and last moogle event this was not even an issue because pvp wasn't an option for tomes but now it is.Tho it is nice to get 5 tomes win/lose for frontlines and goes relatively faster than Syrcus Tower it poses another issue.In the community if history to repeat itself time again proves one thing, players here cannot have nice things and they find a way to exploit stuff even if it hurts others.At the moment Garo collab thing is still going and some people still doing this even tho this was warned months ago it would go in patch 5.1, but does not account new and returning players just starting this now.So the issue is the moogle event, players doing pvp just for the tomes but are afk to make it go faster.This not so fair to players on those teams trying to get the wins and seals for garo gear/mounts so it was bad move for SE to even allow irregular tomes in pvp knowing players are gonna find ways to exploit and abuse this which in turn harms players actually trying to win.I for one do not need the win or seals and I do pvp just for tomes but i'm not gonna be a ass and afk and throw the match for the sake of speeding things up knowing there are players trying to win.
For anyone that thinks otherwise you are part of the problem and one those abusing and exploiting this or you are just a troll.

Pvp is best way to get them and its a bonus you get wolfmarks for garo stuff, get good exp. from it and if you win using the makai title works towards earning the garo mounts. If your level 80 doing it get tomes for your weekly cap.

yea but if your afking to make it go faster and throwing the match it not fair to those on that team who need the wins.Remember you need to win the match with the title for it to count towards the achievements.Since 1st moogle event didn't have pvp they should take pvp off the list and buff alliance raids tomes this way people can do frontlines and not worry about anyone throwing matches to speed it up for tomes.

The smart thing to do would've been to make wins reward more stones.

Rival Wings is the only place I've seen players who seemed like they were genuinely trying to throw games because matches can end extremely quickly compared to frontlines if a team is playing badly.

Seems it'd be easier for them to not gate the achievements based on victories, as terrible as it sounds. More tomes for wins won't change anything, they can just farm for ceruleum or suicide regularly.

Can I ask what GC you're on?

Because if you're on the Immortal Flames chances are if a premade isn't with you they have a tendency of doing what they like.

I was running 16 wins last night in Seize basically being an Mael vs Adder showdown while Flames just held their nodes and only attacked if the premade was on their side.

9/10 your GC alignment will usually show you how it's gonna go down especially if you don't have callouts like Adder and Mael do.
