[Aether][Primal] SAM/NIN LF static for E4S and 5.1 Ultimate

E3S cleared SAM/NIN. At 2nd uplift on E4S. LF E4S clear and 5.1 ultimate prog. Currently playing on JP server, however, work hours don't align well with JP raid times. Wanting to transfer to NA. I recognise that (current) NIN may be hard to optimise on 170ish ping and am as such willing to level and play any melee if needed. Been raiding since HW.
