Things I hope 60 BLU receives

#1 Level 80 and made an actual job (I thought I'd beat people to it.)

#2 Huge reduction of hate for casting white wind

#3 Single target cure spell

#4 Reraise

#5 Some form of provoke. Preferably single target

#6 Single target threat spam spell

#7 More combo spells like Ram/Dragon Voice to encourage "team casting." And lose the permanent immunity to the debuffs the follow-up spells need

#8 Some sort of incentive for All-Blu play. If you're going to make it so we pretty much can only play together as BLU, give us a reason to. Higher chance of spell learning, glamour gear/weapons for achievements. (It'd be really neat to see 100% learn rate on primal spells with All-BLU)

#9 Give some of BLU's mighty guard dps back. 70% is harsh af.

#10 Can learn a spell if you're dead. As much as I hate to carry, I will if it means more people will play this longer than they did last time.

I'm probably wasting my breath, but let's not make this a "burn BLU to the ground and start over." I'm looking for realistic creativity here people.

Content-wise: easing some restrictions like PotD and Squadrons. I second your incentivizing all BLU group play.

Ability wise: Lv?? spells. I would love Lv?? Flare with that classic Flare animation like Exdeath's. It's oddly specific I know. I would also love a spell that inflicts confuse. We already have so many status ailment effects, might as well add them all. Speaking of which, I would love a spell or ability that will allow you to pierce immunity with certain spells and effects. Pierce Magic Defense or something. It could be an auto-ability that you get from a totem even.

In general, I want White Wind-level powerful spells. Bring me your auto-life, targeted heals, Lv5 Death, Mini, Blaster (instant Petrify) and a whole slew of buffs and debuffs that I can't remember right now.

Better hide before the "burn it all down" crowd shows up.

Being allowed to learn when you're dead would at least provide incentive to try an all blue run.

The two reasons carrying exist right now is A) It's just plain quicker and B) You're less likely to to die and thus waste yours / everyone's time.

As far as wish lists go -

Blues get Attribute Points like we had prior to Stormblood. In this manner, you could actively build Blue mage as your own little "X" role, while creating more Actions that scale off different stats.

If at least they could not lock spells in instances you can't queue for.
And raise the learning rate, I don't want to farm 80 Sephiroth EX, Shiva was enough.

Some Spells I want:

1.) Battery Charge: Grants "Refresh" status, gradually restores MP overtime.
2.) Diffusion: Causes certain self targeted support spell to hit party members in range. Does not work with certain spells such as Mighty Guard, or Diamondback due to root effect. (Recast: 300s)
3.) Angel Whisper: Grants "Reraise" status, reviving the caster upon a hit that would K.O. them. Does not work against enrage moves. Cannot be used during combat.
4.) Wild Carrot: A proper cure (400 Potency)
5.) Metallic Body: A physical defense Bonus
6.) Magic Barrier: A magic defense Bonus
7.) Seedspray: A multi-hit quickattack, inflicts confuse.
8.) Pollen: Restores health (600 Potency), and apply regen (150 Potency - 15s) effect. (Self Target/Works with Diffusion.) (Recast: 45s)

I just hope I don't have to farm EX Primals, can't get Garuda's or Shiva's skills to save my life, could only imagine the horror of doing Nidhogg EX for Hot Tail/Hot Wings

All they have to do is make a full party of Blue Mages synced in the content have a 100% learning rate.

You get to play through old content again as if it's the first time, with a flexible party that can rearrange its skills as needed between attempts.

It's a !@#%ing travesty this wasn't how they did it in the first place - It'd make the skill gathering much more fun because the most expedient way of learning will be doing the content as its intended with a whole new toolbox.
