Can't complete a specific Job quest.

Quest name: Curious Gorge Meets His Match (level 60 Warrior quest)

This quest requires me to enter a single-player instance, by interacting with the NPC called Broken Mountain, but when I do, the game gives me this error:
"Could not locate data files, please reinstall Final Fantasy XIV.(2ffff)"

And yes, I did reinstall the game, the problem persists. That doesn't happen anywhere else, I can play the rest of the game completely fine.

I'm playing the Steam version of the game.

How long have you been experiencing this issue? Could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

I can't really tell when this started to happen, it could have been happening since the very beginning of the expansion or maybe even before, like I said, I can play the rest of the entire game normally, this problem only happens during that specific Warrior quest, when I try to enter the instance.

The error message could be caused by a fire wall or anti-virus program. Please make sure the exception through the program has been made. Another thing you could try is deleting the locally saved content in the my documents folder (My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV). Try also reinstalling the game on the C drive.

Exceptions through Firewall and Anti-virus are active already, I'll try reinstalling on C and refreshing My Documents. Though for now, I will probably install the game on another laptop I have here and complete the quest over there, it might be a better way to "fix" it, I just hope this problem won't happen again on future Job quests.
