I've watched this video by Rou Rou and have asked the question there but got no answer. I've tried finding thios location everywhere I could think of but still can't find it.
Does anyone know where this place is? It's driving me nut that I can't find it.

Seems like Hullbreaker Isle to me.
Yeah that looks like Hullbreaker to me as well. Though I'm not sure if it's the normal or HM version of the dungeon since it's been so long in either case.
Yeah, that looks like Hullbreaker - probably after the second boss when you jump down the cliff and onto the beach.
Thank you very much everyone for your help. I've never thought it was in an instance dungeon, I've searched almost every corners of La Noscea and Ruby Sea lol.
