Suggestion: Option to Turn Off Chat Auto-Scroll

I'm not sure if I'm just missing this, but I would like the simple option to turn off chat auto-scroll. As an RPer, I'm always in an area with lots of people. Sometimes when you want to speak to someone, their chat gets lost in other people's words.

This would be fine, but the moment someone talks, the chat forces a scroll down to the most recent message. It's annoying and I think it should be changed to give us an option of auto-scroll.

I'm sure this has been suggested though so what think
