[Request] Action Log - details of all job actions in the game in one place

It would look similar to the Blue Magic Spellbook, but it would have a tab for each DoW/DoM class/job in the game, as they are unlocked. The Action Log would provide a centralized way for players to check the tooltips for every job's action at their fingertips without having to swap to the job to check the actions menu. This way, if I'm on Dragoon but want to quickly reference what "Temperance" does, I don't have to switch to WHM to read the tooltip, or search Google.

Putting flavor text/descriptions for each skill, as Blue Magic Spellbook does, would be a HUGE HUGE HUGE boon for those of us who are CRAVING information about what is happening lore-wise for certain skills since Job Quests don't explain most of them.
