Random disconnects

Please fix your dang server providers. All of today keep getting disconnected and getting sever lag. Its bs you in middle of a fate boss and have it about dead and game disconnects you and login again find yourself dead and all effort put in the fate you getting nothing for. This is total bs and needs fixed or fixed it where don't loose out on your rewards and exp. you would got from the fate. Not pay monthly sub to be disconnected all the time. I'm on a pc with no router and direct wired from the wall to my pc. I use windows 10 64bit.

I am having terrible problems this morning too. I managed to log in for a hot minute, then I was disconnected. Now I keep getting connection lost and queue times every time I try to log into my server. I had zero problems logging into another server on my data center, so I'm not sure what the problem is. Were you able to fix your connection issues?

We had multiple disconnections yesterday on Ragnarock, not due to our connection either.
We had a double-DC at the same time during ES3 but FC members also reported some DC and lag spikes on ES4
It was yesterday around 9 or 10 CEST
No specific error message or code

Are you connected to the router or are you using WiFi? Hysterior what have you tried so far to alleviate the problem?
