Cannot load. Crashing in, The Syrcus Trench, instance.

Getting a crash error ever since I started the ShadowBringers quest, The Syrcus Trench, instance.

I am now stuck and unable to play the game. Every time I load my character I crash and get the same error.

But I am able to load on a 2nd character just fine.

i had once a similar problem, the thing that fixed that for me was to reinstall the game. if you do that save your hud and your settings so you don't need to redo that.
