Seeking end-game linkshell

I'm looking for an established linkshell after the server merge takes place, coming from XI my main focus in XIV is to conquer end-game content on a regular basis, team work and group play.

I'm from the UK, my playtime will vary as I work shifts but I'm always gaming when not working, and given enough notice I can attend most things.

Always there to help anyone with anything whether that be melding/crafting etc.

I like to use outside comms like ventrilo/mumble as well.
