(No i mean, I went on Phoenix and there was, I went on Zodiark same, I went on Cerberus and there was one then I went on Odin and it had a family, maybe that's where they make them (?))

Considering Feo Ul has been established as being able to bother your retainers on the Source, I wouldn't be surprised if she still followed us around whenever we return to Eorzea.
