Activation Code

Uh. A little bit help >.<
I purchased the Digital Verison FFXIV Shadowbringers from Square Enix shop. Since it says it also inculdes arr, hw and sb.
I got the activation Code (which i found in "my account" on that website). but whenever i use that key code on mogsation or in launcher it says its invalid. And i sent them mail about it but im not quiet sure why it happends.
I want to play it on PC and so i downloaded the launcher and bought the digi version form their website.

I got all edition on Ps4 and since ps4 doesnt use code i thank god.

It does not include arr. It includes heavensward, Stormblood and Shadowbringers.

The complete edition includes arr and the expansions.

You need to buy the starter edition as well.
