Feature request: disable all visual effects except party buffs

I didn't know where to put this, but it would be nice to only see Sacred Soil, Asylum, and maybe other party buffs like the Dragon Sight tether.

Doesn't that already exist? Esc > Character > Control > Character tab > change party effects to show "limited."

Even with limited TONS of spell effects get through. Hell I keep it at none at times and RDM limit breaks still blind me.

Limit break effects are 100% not showing on limited, at least not dps ones.

No, that's not nearly as severe a prune as I'm suggesting. There's a lot of potential space between 'Limited' and 'None'.

I have been playing on Limited for years and see LB effects from everyone: tanks, healers, and DPS.
