Battery Gauge did not reset after resurrecting - stuck at 0 countdown and 100 gauge

Steps:
1. Died to Tumult (I may have been in the middle of summoning Automaton Queen at the time of death)
2. Resurrected
3. Noticed the Gauge was stuck at 0 countdown and 100 gauge sometime after resurrection.
4. Was not able to summon Queen Automaton for the rest of the fight as the game seem to have think the Queen is still summoned - both summon and pile driver actions didn't seem to do anything.
(We did clear the pull this happened)
