Don't receive Company Seal

the following to report a bug concerning the non-rewards of the Serpent seal after performing the Duty roulettes. I lost about 10000 of them.If the problem isn't solved I can't participate in all the activities proposed by the company Twin Adder, The Maelstrom and The Immortal Flames.I tried to change class but the problem persists.
By this way is impossible to play.
