Boilies

They introduced the two new boilie baits and I'm interested in how they work. However, finding information on fishing for this game is akin to being an archeologist in real life. After an hour of searching online, I gained absolutely no information.

Can you use them to catch all legendary/big fish in ARR? Do they currently only work in ARR? Do they work on fish in HW? Which fish are excluded from them? Are there certain baits they do not override/include in their buff package?

Any help is appreciated.

They will catch any fish in waters they are tuned for.

They will not isolate any fish. If you are filling out your fishing log they are OK. If you are after specific fish they are useless.

They can catch any fish that require non-mooched bait. This helps wonders for new fishers trying to a) level their FSH and b) complete thsir fish guide. Yesterday I (was level 33 fisher) caught a level 50 fish that required a single kind of bait. I caught it with Freshwater Boilie.

It is harder to catch certain fish with it, though. I'm not entirely sure it can catch big fish as my gathering isn't at that level.
