Unable to set to full screen on when switching computers

Steps:
1. Log on to FF14 on desktop, still affected by previously reported bug.
2. Hours later, log on to laptop, and attempt to alter settings
3. When checking the "full screen" option, fullscreen does not activate, and FF14 instead shows in a small, bordered window. Switching between borderless and bordered windows works as expected, but fullscreen does not.
