"I'm in the market, as it were." Looking for a new FC

My current FC seems to not be working out for me due to their overwhelming focus on max level content and my own not having anything at max level yet. They're a good company, I just need something more suited to both my playstyle and what I have available.

• None of my classes are max level yet. The closest is GNB at 72 but I'm focusing on leveling SMN/SCH who just recently hit 70.
• I'm primarily a solo player but I do enjoy joining up with FC groups and events. This is currently impossible in my current FC without almost a week's planning in advance due to me not being max level yet and the FC's general unwillingness to run lower level content outside roulettes.

With that in mind, here's what I'm looking for in a Company:

• I really need regular parties available for lower-level content while I work my way to 80. This is especially important.
• An active discord server where things get organized.
• Social members that I can chat with regarding the story, DF experiences, etc.
• A member list that's active roughly around 4:00 PM GMT -6.

That's the most important stuff for me. Let me know if you think there's a company that fits this.
