Arcanist Job Quest: Tactical Planning

When you accept the Level 10 Arcanist job quest, "Tactical Planning," from Thubyrgeim, she mentions the benefit of using Bio with Aetherflow. The ability to use Aetherflow (through Energy Drain), along with its job gauge is not granted until Level 18 since 5.0.

So, this is very confusing to a new player and really should be removed from the quest text, or modified to something else.

The quest location is:

Limsa Lominsa Lower Decks X: 4.7 Y: 11.4

To duplicate:

1. Trigger "Tactical Planning" as a Level 10 Arcanist.
2. Read the quest text from Thubyrgeim.

Since the reworking of things many if these low level quests are a mess. Just wait until you get to job quest 15 for Arcanist and realize Topaz Carbuncle doesn’t function the way the original quest was written anymore. It’s a struggle for the whole Arcanist/Summoner lower level quests at the moment. You can do it. Its just going to occasionally be a shit show for certain quests.
