Squadron Mission perpetually failing

I have reported this in game several times this raid tier and never gotten a response so I will try it here.

Despite having 2/3 stats covered my squadron has now failed the level 40 squadron rationing manual mission 16 out of 17 times this raid tier by mt count. My Sergeant insists my squadron is 'equal to the task' but this is obviously not the case. My FC leader also reports perpetual failure on both the level 40 and level 50 rationing manual missions, doing them daily as they are the only mission that has any reward of value.

I get RNG, I get you win some and lose some, but there gets a point where the issue is so egregious it's becoming apparently there is an obvious bug here that is either leading me to falsely believe the mission should have a chance to failure greater than 6-7% or there is a bug causing it to not be possible to succeed at all.

It's full RNG under 3/3 stat.

It's same for the harvest, you can fail with 99% and you can craft HQ with 1% of quality.

I had 6 consecutive failure since Monday with my Squadron, this week.
Sometimes he succeeds on the first try.
