(ARR) Zodiac Relic Wepon Ingredients - What should i do?

i stand in front of a "huge" problem i think.
Yesterday i finished the Novus-Relic and got finaly to the part of Quest to farm Ingredients.

Bakc to the topic. Unfortunately on my Server -Twintania (EU)- its expensiv to buy for me (~250k Gil ea.) and all Ingredients arent on the market.

Here my "few" Questions.

Should i "grind" my gathering & crafting jobs to lvl 50 (ARR) to craft by myself and how long will it take? (jusing Leves for them?)

Is it "easier" to craft it with higher lvl - so should i buy the addon to lvl them to 60 (maybe 70)?

On the database its written down that i need "Craftsmanship Required: 391" - on lvl 50 i think its hard to reach this cause i saw just "wep" with just ~100 craftmanship in total i cant imagine to reach 400. Do i missunterstanding something?

Do you have some advise or tips for me as a fresh new player of FFXIV for Relic Wep, or crafting/gathering?

Leveling your crafter jobs will bring many other benefits and open up other content areas of the game.

Each expansion of this game has been a wealth of enjoyable content and supported features, so I personally recommend it if it's within your budget.

Your "best" option is to ask a friend for help. They'll probably offer much more reasonable prices, if charge you at all.

Yeah, even at 50 with easy to acquire Artisan gear, those can be tricky. Even worse, what you probably haven't noticed is the ingredients needed only come from desynthesis, one more branch of grinding you'd need to level just to get the mats to craft. And buying the items to desynth can cost you a small bit of gil as well.

Use the World Visit system, hop over to the other servers in your data center, see what the market boards everywhere else are like. You might find more reasonable prices. Or the friend option. If nothing else works out for you, then yeah, if you don't know crafting very well, you're likely to want/need to level well beyond 50 for these to be possible for you.

You need items that only come from desynth, so even just having a level 50 crafter isn't enough if you want to make them yourself. You also need desynth in each craft at level 50 or so, and then the time and money spent desynthing however many items until you get the crafting mat.

May i can ask you what you mean with "World Visit system" how do i do? Would be Great.
And the mats what i'm looking for - i thought the items i need are vendor-items to desynthesis?!

I'd like to ask you a question to be sure. If i desynthesis a Item its not garanteed to gain the desynthesis mats? e.g. i desynthesis a item made from copper and iron ore. So i get just 1 random of them or do i get both or is there a "chance-system" like HQ to gain 0-2 mats?

World Visit: Head to your nearest starting city, check the big Aetheryte, look for options to go to different world.

Desynthesis: The items you'll be desynth-ing are all bought in the same shop in West Thanalan. But, you need to level the desynth skill, which requires desynthesizing lower level items to get good at it. Even when you are able to desynthesize the specific items for the relic quest, it is not a guarantee to get the item you need from desynthesizing. I myself had to buy upwards of 30 of one of the items, desynthesizing all of them, until finally I managed to get the material I needed to craft with.

Would highly recommend using World Visit to scout other world's marketboards and buy the mats.

Crafting the stuff isn't too hard if you have good gear for it and now the fundamentals of crafting. Artisan i believe can be bought with GC seals, but also finding higher level sets on the MB isn't a bad option if you continue pushing crafting beyond 50. I'd recommend it as it's extremely helpful for repairing your own gear for cheaper(anytime including in instances) and crafting your own items to sell on the mb is a good feeling.
