Um, so I have 260 Achievement Points, but Jonathas only gave me one Achievement Certificate, and when I talk to him again, he won't convert any more of my remaining Points.
Do I need to fulfill more achievements just to get him to convert Points? Also, how many Points do I need to get more Certificates?

I only went to him recently for certain items so I don't remember off the top of my head but I know achievements get converted into points automatically. So if you want more points you need to do more achievements.

Every 50 achievement points are worth 1 certificate. It doesn't deduct any achi pts, you still have those, it just rewards however many certificates you've earned since the last time you spoke to him. If you go earn another 100 pts he will give you 2 certificates when you return.
