Animations and whether or not they look good is much too subjective. Making a change for you will just annoy other players, so it is very unlikely that it will happen. There is an argument to be made for a skill glamouring system, and this is something that has been requested for a looooooong time, but its not likely that it's high on the priority list for SE right now.
More importantly, IMO, WAR needs a rework to its playstyle anyways since it is mind-numbingly boring and easy. They need a new offensive proc or some love in the oGCD department to make the kit feel more complete.
OH and Living Dead needs rework.... because every thread needs to mention Living Dead needing a rework....... :)
