Hello everyone,
I have bought the Shadowbringers collectors edition yesterday.
My friend was already playing and I thought to join her, it was easier to get the full set.
Since I'm new I have no clue where I can claim the bonus items.
I thought I read something about talking to the Moogle and than click the button.
Alas, nothing is there or pops up.
Some pointers in what or where or how would be very much appreciated.

You should be able to find them at any moogle delivery service moogle. Since you are an Archer it's probably easiest for you to find one of those moogles in Old Gridania across from the amphitheatre. You'll also get a mail notification sound when you log in if they're ready. As a heads up, the first tab that shows up by default is mail from players. You'll need to click on the second tab with the icon that looks like a present to see the items that come from SquareEnix like rewards and mogstation purchases. They can also take some time to be delivered, but when you're at the moogle there is an option to request item delivery and that can jump start it. The button to request them is located 2 buttons to the right of the "New" button in the moogle delivery service window. Also, if you bought the physical edition I think there's a collector's edition registration code you'll need to enter on the mogstation first. If you still aren't seeing it after all that, try logging out and logging back in.
