8-10 friends looking for an FC

Folks, my friends and I are veteran gamers either coming fresh or returning to FFXIV. Most of us have experienced up to Heavansward, and now that we're coming back are interested in an FC that is active, and at the same time understands RL > Online.

There are some of us who play 100+ hours, and some that play 10 in a week. But all are intelligent, well-spoken, polite individuals who understand such things as:

DON'T stand in the AOE
Help where you can
Ask for help when you need it
Understand that learning takes effort, and are willing to put it in

As we're mature (in age if not mentality) players who have the burden of jobs to deal with, we're hoping to find a home where raiding is encouraged but not mandatory.
