People paid good money to retrieve the lore book 2 which comes with a code for Matoya's Hat. But if you're any of the new races, Viera or Hrothgar, you can't wear this exclusive item.
Please allow the new races to see this cosmetic item when equipped. It's the least that can be done for supporting the game.

What good is having exclusive items, if I need to fantasia to another race to play it?
Not to mention, a mother of 2 can fix this problem within 2 months of Dawntrail releasing, in her spare time, coding/modeling by herself in her basement.
There's genuinely no excuse for the sorry state of Viera and Hrothgar.
