Character Selection Bug Blocking Forums

On the forum character selection screen, there's a tiny star in the corner of the big button that you have to click in order to get the character selection to register. Clicking elsewhere on the big button does nothing.

This has been an issue for countless players over several years, and it has kept me off the forums since I started the game July 11. I've made several attempts to get help from your 'support' staff, but always get told to 'wait awhile and try again.'

I'm a veteran of WoW since 2005 plus several toons each in GW2, ESO, and LotRO; within that context, this programming blunder is the most ridiculous waste of time I've yet encountered.
