Suggestion - Bonus for Leveling Multiple Jobs

Since Cross-class skills are no longer a thing, and Sub-jobs are far from our reality. I was thinking on how leveling multiple Jobs should benefit our characters:

Every 2 or 3 levels (from any job) = 1 Determination bonus point.

I choose Determination, cause its a stats that can be used for all types: Tanks, Healers and DPS.

You get a Mount if you level all Jobs to 80. It's a reward in a way.

Giving people higher stats for leveling more jobs will hurt people who don't. They'd be excluded from endgame content because they're at a disadvantage. Incentives, sure. Actually gameplay advantage, no.
