Is this a bug? The previous 2 Rising events are viewable in the Unending Journey. I missed the last half of the cutscene and now cannot re-view it...

Unfortunately the issue you are describing is not something we are able to assist with in the Technical Support Forums. In order get assistance with this issue, please contact a GM in game and submit a bug report. I will be moving this thread to ' Separate Support Required'.
