Help me find the perfect dps job for me

Hi, i'm a returning player after almost 1 and a half year. I used to main AST, secondary SCH and occasionally PLD/DRK.
I have always been at home with group oriented roles, and both two healer jobs had me hooked for their complexity and flexibility in any situation, AST for the fast cast, the changing sect and the card/buff managing, SCH for the skill combos, the dps kit and the pet management. Meanwhile i tried to level WHM but found it redundant and slow compared to the others.
With ShB changes and the heavy homogeneization of tanks and healers, i was thinking to try DPS for once, even though i HATE long queues and not being in a position of control.
Personally, i enjoy a fast pace, i'm very hasty and good at quick thinking and multitasking, i get stressed out by things that are too slow or simple, so a Job that has high button pressing per minute and also has a good/frequent mobility would be ideal.
I also like when things are open to various options or have something different every time, i get annoyed when situations or irl jobs tend to repeat themself too much, so i would like a Job that has a somewhat "flexible" rotation rather than a strict series of buttons that i repeat in every circumstance.
Finally, as i said i have a lot of awareness of my surroundings, and tend to prioritize the group rather than myself, so a tiny bit of utility would be cool, i don't mind not being the top damage dealer of the group.
In synthesis: Fast, Complex, Flexible and with some utility. Maybe it's too much to ask but i hope there is a job with at least 3 out of 4.

Fast Pace, A lot of buttons to press, Good Mobility.

Maybe try DNC. It's a fairly quick-paced job that has great mobility and utility. Plus it is a proc-class, so your button presses aren't going to amount to 1-2-3 and little more.

I would suggest:

Caster - RDM: It is mobile, has group utility (countless PuGs get saved by clutch rez and heal) and is quite active. Downside considering what you wrote was the simplicity, but it is not boringly simple.
Ranged - DNC: mobile, brings lots of buffs, very active playstyle
Melee - NIN/DRG

Ranged Physical: MCH / it's the faster one imo, not so complex but no RP Jobs has some complexity imo, you have many skills to use and deal with Rotations Combo instead RNG as BRD/DNC. Skills are fast to use, you almost never stop pressing something and there's the cooler Automaton Queen. No much Utility ( but still has ) and the worst mobility ( Flamethrower ), ( my favorite RP Job is Bard anyway ).

Ranged Magical: SMN / it's the faster one imo, at same time they have less Skills than any other at your Hotbar ( 20 Unique Skills ( no pets included ), while RDM has 23 and BLM has 28 ) they the most complex of all 3 available, they are fun to play and has Bahamut and Phoenix, they have some good Utility and the best RM DPS Mobility in the game. ( My favorite RP Job is SMN anyway ).

Melee: MNK / The most complex job in the game imo, many positionals with Damage Penalty, many combos and Stacks to deal with, they have some Utility too and are fun to play, their skills animation is cool as well. ( My favorite Melee is SAM anyway, because i don't like Melees and SAM are the most easiest job in the game together with RDM imo, so when i play Melee i prefer something simple ).
