The Lavender Beds: a system error occurred during event movement

Hello Tech Support,


I am receiving the following error when I try to travel to The Lavender Beds to finish the Quest for "Where the Heart is... The Lavender Beds".
"a system error occurred during event movement"



What happens is...
1. I pickup the Quest "Where the Heart is... The Lavender Beds" from Margeria in Bent Branch Meadows.
2. I travel to the Ferry Docks in Mirror Plank Docks.
3. I talk to Emblyn, Serpent Private and she directs me to the Ferry Skipper.
4. I talk to the Ferry Skipper and I need to select a Specified Ward. (I can select 18 wards which are ALL empty)
5. I select any Ward out of 18.
6. I click on Yes.
7. This is when I get the above mentioned error. It is also mentioned that I was unable to leave the area.


Because of this error, I am unable to finish this Quest line.
I have also tested this for the other Living Areas in Gridaia and get exactly the same issue.


To me, this would be an in-game bug.
Can you tell me when this will be fixed please?

You are currently playing on Twintania. The housing wards for this server has not yet been unlocked. Therefor you Need to travel to another worldsever to finish the quest as it is not possible to finish it on Twintania (or Spriggan) for the moment.

You can finish the quest line with the world-visiting system but you don't really need it because you (like everyone else on this server) still won't have access before housing is released (probably in Patch 5.1 - but nothing has been confirmed yet).
