[GMT+11] [HC] Static recruiting for 5.1 ultimate

Open roles:
- None

Scheduling (tentative):
- 5~7 days per week
- Average 4 hours per day + 15m break (20~28 hours per week)
- Some time between 8pm ~ 1am on weekdays, 1pm ~ 1am on weekends
5.1 ultimate is likely coming in November, so GMT+11 to account for daylight savings time

Goals:
- Clear within 2 months
- Farm at least 5 tokens (possibly more if people are interested)
- Not for weekly savage!

Requirements:
- Cleared a savage 4th floor within 4 weeks of 1st floor, or cleared a previous ultimate
- Consistently parses blue+ (purple+ preferred)
- Not reliant on callouts
- Be able to identify and correct your own mistakes
- Not toxic (calling people out for their mistakes is fine - belittling them is not)
- Can use (text) Discord for organisation and discussion
- VC optional (to be decided later if it's used or not)
