Bahamut mechanic should be changed to match Phoenix

IMO, of course.

I think Bahamuts weird mechanics are about a solid half of the problem with SMN. I think he needs to be connected with Dreadwyrm Trance in the same way that Phoenix is with Firebird Trance, Devotion should be the equivalent of Phoenix heal when trance is activated, and Deathflare should be what Outburst morphs into when using it (with maybe a new effect since we HAVE akh morn now). It should work exactly like Phoenix phase. Ruin 3 turns into 4, and Outburst turns into Deathflare, you use them one at a time and Enkindle in-between as it comes up, Wyrmwaves following gcd's.

All the pieces are there so it surprises me that they went with SMN into ShB like they did and I'm really hoping they just didn't finish the changes to summoner before full release that they might make really big changes down the line since everything is already set to how it might need to be.

That of course leaves the question of how to handle egi spells in between (though I'd personally just buff them and make them high damaging spells so it doesn't actually hurt that you need to use Ruin 2 to weave them). I really believe doing so would make the class so much more effective and fun. Because phoenix phase is great. Adding on to that with another flavor of the class (I.E. Bahamut) could only be a huge gain to it's playability and the ease of learning. I could go into detail about what I would change in the "in-between" phase to make caster phase better but I really feel it's far more important in the short term to fix the separated Bahamut mechanic

Tbh I rather have bahamut do megaflare for single target and gigaflare/flame breath? (The blue fire cleave) for aoe.

But I do agree they need to merge bahamut and the trance
