Question re: 60 day time card

I know this card is bought through the SQUARE store, but can it be bought with a debit / credit card? OR since I play via STEAM, would it have to be bought through STEAM wallet ? I atm have 103 days remaining, and would not do anything IF i can until 8/30.
That is IF I decide to, as I have NO idea when i'll be able to play. To make a long story short, Saturday night I tripped, hit my right shoulder and went to the ER, to find out I FX my arm in 3 places, can't get into SURGERY UNTIL 8-26, and who knows when I'll be able to play as I'M right handed. So hopefully will see the FF world soon :(:(:(:(:(

While we're here, can someone answer this question for me: are the time cards digital (i.e, they provide you a code and you just copy paste)? Sounds like a dumb question but I'm looking to buy one this Saturday and it will be my first game time card.

I'm not sure you can use your steam wallet at all on the SE store, I think that's just for the mogstation.

It should state on the product page it's digital. Example for this one:

You are correct once you buy the card and are sent the code you go in to your mogstation account and then you go to manage service options and then select add game time and input the code. NOTE: if you have extra retainers and/or are signed up for the premium companion app service the game time code will not cover them you will have to pay for that 60 days for those services when the next billing cycle starts.

The 60 day time card can also be purchased from amazon. Probly a few other retailers as well.

Yes, that's how I bought the card to get my black chocobo.
I looked on AMZN, and there were NO offers for free fantasia

The free fantasia offer is from the Square Enix store.
You get a code for the card and another code for the fantasia. Both digital, you should get an email.
It does work with Steam accounts but make sure to pick the right region.
